In May 2015 Geocargo began a new phase in its ongoing process of innovation and use of new technologies .
We completed the first shipments through the use of e- AWB (electronic waybill) , together with the airline SATA , from Lisbon to Ponta Delgada.
To Maeil and their tireless team we thank for the support in terms of IT solutions.
Currently we are able to start shipping with any airline that fulfills the conditions for the use of e- AWB , as for Geocargo signed with IATA, the Multilateral e- AWB Agreement .
We remind that the project e- AWB replaces the waybill (AWB) on paper by the electronic transport agreement between the Forwarder and the Airline .
